The Morales family would like to ask you this year instead of getting our family gifts that you make a contribution in our names to a charity. Do we have a charity that is close to our hearts you ask? Well, yes we do! This year my close friend Bethany adopted a little girl named Addison from Russia. Little Addison also has Down Syndrome like her bio daughter Payton and our crazy man Jaemen. She and her family have sacrificed, prayed, cried, and finally get to hold this precious little one in their arms. Addison has found her "forever family" as many call it.
So, this year I would like for all of you out there that were thinking about giving us a gift to consider adopting a family along with us. She happens to have Down Syndrome and a cleft palate. She is absolutely adorable and really needs a "forever family" that will teach her help her and to get her palate fixed as they don't do that in the Ukraine.
So, in this holiday season where times are tough for us all please consider giving to these families who are trying to bring these beautiful children home...forever!

Wow! I came here to get caught up on your blog and did not expect to see this. Carmen, this is so thoughtful of you and you are the sweetest! DJ and I cannot even begin to describe how in awe we have been at the generosity of others. I can't wait to tell Ms. Reese when she's older about her adoption journey!
